Third, once Insyndia engages a new partner, imagination and experience are combined to develop a tangible plan for generating revenue. Insyndia participates in the immediate and long term success of the partner through the use of a variety of vehicles such as equity, sales commissions (channel management, direct reseller, finder’s fee, etc.), and/or professional services. Insyndia can also provide assistance on matters such as capital formation or M&A activity if appropriate. The Insyndia executive team has participated in numerous startup funding, acquisition, and merger transactions.
