Trades outside of the computing world offer apprenticeship programs for individuals seeking skills in a desired trade.  The apprentice learns at the hands of an experienced journeyman (or professional) by working alongside them in order to hone the required skills of the trade.  An apprentice learns not only how to follow a procedure, but the reason behind the procedure.  At Insyndia, we want consultants who not only know the answer to a business’ problems, but how to determine the best solution for an organization’s specific needs.  These lessons cannot be learned in a book, and as our CEO Kevin Casey says, “… you have to do the time.” These lessons are taught by experienced individuals sharing their hard learned lessons in order to inspire tomorrow’s professionals.
