Kevin Casey has over 20 years of experience advancing the strategic goals of organizations worldwide in the government and commercial sectors. Mr. Casey was influential in meeting or exceeding the sales milestones and financial projections for five start-up companies with global sales pipelines, including Top Layer Networks and Alcatel. Most recently, Mr. Casey served as the VP of Field Engineering at Vadium Technology, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing worldwide technical sales. In his positions, Mr. Casey has brokered many business partnerships and sales relationships that extended his previous companies' product portfolios and boosted their valuations and has been recognized many times for his success. Mr. Casey is a decorated Persian Gulf disabled Army veteran. Mr. Casey studied at the University of Heidelberg and the Microcomputer Technology Center in Boise, Idaho.

Lance Gaines has been a business entrepreneur with extensive experience supporting commercial and government sectors. With more than 15 years at different start-ups, Lance is an expert in the nuances that take companies off the ground, from the basic business fundamentals and management process to identifying and retaining talent. Lance is passionate for applying the appropriate solutions to solve real world problems that benefit all stakeholders. As an innovator, he co-founded and managed his own technology company supporting successful projects in a variety of industries. Lance was recruited by a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft called Avanade. He worked with the internal corporate strategy group and as Program Manager and Systems Engineer serving major companies. Most recently, Lance was employed at Vadium Technology, Inc. where he was an integral driver for the development of the company’s product suite servicing both commercial and government customers. For the past 8 years he worked with a team of software developers and engineers in a fast paced environment, holding many different positions including CTO. Lance is an accomplished technical evangelist and has had the privilege to speak at many different conferences and events.

Managing Partner | Accountability, Transparency and Oversight | Dr. Tim Mason

Dr. Tim Mason has over 30 years of experience progressing Information Technology, security, and business imperatives for government, commercial, and e-commerce organizations focused on strategic growth.  Dr. Mason has successfully expanded a worldwide consulting company from one location to international within a two year period.  Currently, as the Assistant Director of IT for Hartung Glass Industries, he was instrumental in expanding infrastructure, policy, and security requirements to meet the company’s growth. Dr. Mason is a disabled U.S. veteran.  Dr. Mason earned a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University, a master’s in public administration from Troy State University, and two Doctoral degrees, one in Business Administration from University of Sarasota and a second in Management of Information Systems from Almeda University. Dr. Mason has served in numerous academic roles including Chair of Electronic and Wireless Engineering and Security and as Adjunct Faculty for Information Technology.  Dr. Mason is a published author and has contributed to several periodicals.
